to open the heart, mind and body
Matt will kick the proceedings off with an hour of his intense Ashtanga Full Force standing sequence – featuring postures from the first four series of Ashtanga Yoga. A strong but fun challenging opening to the workshop. Expect to sweat!
Dani will then take over to teach the Yoga Manchester ‘flow’ seated sequence This will be an hour of flowing freestyle yoga postures set to music .Expect a jig into Janu Sirsasana and Pharrell yourself into the fish posture, all beautifully choreographed together.
Charlene will take you on a journey of Ashtanga and other complementary postures to help deepen backbends while simultaneously opening and building strength in the shoulders to move into headstand. The session will end with a blissful relaxation to leave you revitalised and energised for the rest of your weekend.
