A two hour journey through the first three sequences of the Ashtanga Yoga System with Matt Ryan.
Matt Ryan flies in from Los Angeles to lead one of his now famous Ashtanga Full Force workshops.
Using the Primary series as a base, students will be taken on a magical mystery tour of yoga postures – from Navasana to Nakrasana and beyond. Including 3 easy steps to get into ‘Koundinyasana A’.
Looking at the basics of the more advanced postures and seeing how all the sequences inter connect and how certain postures create foundations for other postures in other sequences.
The workshop will be strong but fun – expect to sweat!
