Yoga Manchester are thrilled to announce details of a one day workshop with the amazing Kerri Verna.
Kerri who goes by the name of Beach Yoga Girl is an Instagram phenomenon with over a MILLION followers , she also is partner with Yoga Manchester’s favourite Yogini Kino MacGregor on their fabulous Yoga Challenge programme.
Kerri will be jetting into Manchester for her first ever one day workshop – so don’t miss out on this opportunity to practice and study with a very special first class Yogini.

STRONG AND BENDY
Do you want to gain strength and flexibility in your practice? In this workshop, Kerri will teach you her training drills and the flexibility and strength secrets that she uses – beyond the scope of her yoga practice – to help you gain strength and flexibility in your entire body. You will learn simple, unique, & effective exercises that will make you stronger and more flexible for difficult postures such as backbends, forward bends & inversions. Learn to be strong & flexible! This workshop is for all levels of practitioners. Materials required: Pencil and notepad.

FACE YOUR FEARS – HANDSTANDS FOR EVERYONE
In this workshop Kerri invites you to explore the process of learning to handstand, even if you have never been on your hands before. The workshop focuses on core and arm strength in a safe, fun, and interactive way. Kerri will guide you through drills that will get your heart pumping and challenge the way you may be approaching your handstand practice. This class is taught for all levels of practitioners. Materials required: Pencil and notepad.
£70 for the whole day – £40 for individual sessions.

Kerri is a wife and a mother of two boys. She has been teaching Yoga for 12 years. She is a 200 hour RYT and personal trainer. She has over 5 other fitness certifications including Pilates, Kickboxing and Tai Chi. Teaching yoga is her primary career. She has and incredible social media following of over 900k followers on Instagram and has enjoyed sharing her love for Yoga and photography via social media. Kerri is SUP Yoga certified with Stoked Yogi. . Kerri brings her unique, fun and inspiring personality to every class she teaches. Her events are fun and make people feel like they too can do things they never dreamed possible. Kerri can be found locally in West Palm Beach USA on the weekends teaching her well known beach yoga class.
