My yoga practice started in a church hall with my mum as a teen and was hit and miss depending on my mood. It became a passion when I was recommended it would help with some Lower back pain. I couldn’t go to enough classes and traveled all over Manchester to go to different styles and practice with different teachers. I introduced my husband to it and many friends.
The physical benefits are amazing and the mental effects snuck up on me.
Yoga is for everybody. During my practice I have build strength physically that I have never had before and this gives me strength in my daily life.
