I have been practicing yoga since I went to pregnancy yoga with my son 16 years ago , and have tried lots of different styles of yoga. I trained as a yoga teacher with yoga campus.
I found stability and head space when the children were toddlers and in primary school with my yoga practice.
I use just enough ease and effort to get the benefits from yoga , and use my yoga breath for peace of mind , when life gets chaotic !
My yoga is uncomplicated stabilising /with optional challenges and we always finish off with a peaceful relaxation .
