Ok so you've read about Yoga in your daily newspaper or in a Facebook post - you've even seen all the A league celebrities talk about how wonderful their yoga practice is and what it's doing for their mind and body on telly. Ok you get it - the stats are very good and now you fancy dipping your toe in the yoga water and trying it for yourself. So you Google Yoga and where you live and boom like a million different classes show up in the search. Hot Yoga , Vinyasa Yoga , Ashtanga Yoga - it's pretty off putting just reading all about the different types of yoga ( I mean Goat Yoga - surely that can't be a thing right ?!!).
Here at Yoga Manchester we want to make things as easy as possible for you to get that yoga toe a little wet - we have a selection of classes for beginners in various parts of the South Manchester and Stockport areas including Heaton Moor
, Chorlton Didsbury
. We call our beginners classes level 1 - these classes are great even if you've never done any yoga before in your life. You don't have to pre-book or pre-pay - it's just a case of choosing a class that's at a time and place that's convenient for you and then turning up at the allotted time. Our lovely teachers
will have a mat and welcoming smile for you - all our classes are 'drop-in' so you never have to book just turn up if and when you can - you'll find that very quickly you'll get into a rhythm of going to your own Yoga Manchester weekly yoga class.
