Check out Yoga Manchester’s new ‘Lichtenstein‘ inspired class information flyer. Superbly drawn by Yoga Manchester’s flyer designer Eddie Sadowski the flyer features ‘Yoga Tina ‘ (Tina being an acronym for There Is No Alternative – as in there is no alternative to Yoga!).
The short story was influenced by many news articles recently about the amount of people giving up their (hardly used) gym memberships to opt for the wonderful practice of Yoga , finding it to be much more beneficial for both the mind and the body.
