Have you ever stopped not to think?
About Meditation
In meditation we learn to still and focus the mind. Meditation may be used to enhance concentration, help to cultivate a sense of well-being, as well as significantly reduce stress. Gradually, through practice, one learns to creatively respond to oneself and the world as opposed to habitually reacting to it.
