This class will begin on Tuesday 27th February – this very first class will be a FREE taster session so please come down with a friend to try this first session out for FREE!
Set to music this Soulful Vinyasa class builds heat, strength and flexibility while allowing the mind to flow into an exuberant state of meditation.
Each month there will be a different focus to the classes, this first month will focus on self-study (Svadhyaya). Each class will start with some gentle pranayama (yogic breathing exercises that help create energy), we will then move into the physical yoga postures building up into a peak pose each week.
As the month changes the focus and sequence changes, allowing people to start the month afresh.
