The Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series is a system designed to clear the mind and purify the body. It is the breath that drives this process, therefore if you can breathe, you can practice Yoga.
Moving through a sequence of standing and seated postures the key focus will be the coordination of breath and movement. If you have not practiced yoga before this class will be the perfect introduction. For those with some experience, it will give you the opportunity to develop and deepen your practice.
NB.Please use the main entrance & park at the front of the school. Follow the path around to the Sports Hall, Gym & Science block, The entrance to the gym is via double white doors on the left before you get to the sports hall further along on right.
