This class is a drop in session – no need to book just turn up and join in , mats provided.
The word “vinyasa” translates as “connection” and the core focus of this class is to create a link of energy and connection from one posture to the next. As we synchronize each asana with an inhalation or exhalation this will allow for students to move very organically with the natural rhythm of their breath. This creates a very present, conscious and balanced aesthetic as we flow from one posture to the next with assistance from both breath and music.
The aim of the class is to increase levels of strength balance and flexibility through challenging yoga postures from many various yoga disciplines including ashtanga , iyengar , hatha and yin yoga. We will also aim to quieten the mind as we anchor our attention on the deep breathing.
This new class is diverse and adaptable for ALL levels from complete beginners to a more regular practitioner.
