Jivamukti Chakra Workshop with Durga Devi

Sunday 14th March 12pm - 4pm  at the Village Hall Didsbury Manchester

Chakras represent levels of conciousness in the body which provide a mirror for your practice. Jivamukti London’s wonderful teacher Durga Devi will lead a class workshop designed to stimulate the chakras in ascending order.

On the Saturday evening 13th March 6pm-8pm at the Village Hall in Didsbury  Durga will be leading a ‘Kirtan’ - a Kirtan is call-and-response chanting accompanied by live music performed in India's devotional traditions. A kirtan is lots of fun and students are encouraged to bring the kids along to join in

Jivamukti Yoga offers vigerously physical and intellectually stimulating yoga classes involving vinyasa flowing sequences hands on adjustments pranayama (breath control) mediation Sanskrit chanting yoga philosophy and deep relaxation. Music plays an integral role in the class.
