Ashtanga ‘Vinyasa’ Foundations has been created to build a strong and stable base on which to explore this school of yoga. With most of the Ashtanga Half Primary sequence forming the framework of this ‘Vinyasa Flow’ type practice, students will be taught how to build their strength in order to discover their flexibility in a stable way. In Ashtanga Foundations, we will be interweaving complementary movements into the set sequence whilst maintaining a consistent connection between breath and posture.
