Description : A class designed with beginners in mind and additional options for intermediates.
Working on a specific body area each week the class is slower than a typical vinyasa flow and has real focus on alignment and integrity of each and every posture. Beginning to work on adjustments to safely practice yoga we look at creating dynamic heat in the body looking to strengthen agonist and antagonist muscles whilst ensuring flexibility remains. Each class we will begin to work toward a peak posture, expect a light hearted, challenging and empathetic environment. Joint issues, lower back problems and any other skeletal issue may well benefit from this class.
