Matt Ryan demonstrating the intermediate asana karandavasana. This particular posture can take years to prefect – a combination of balance , strength and focus is required , the hardest part is maintaining the posture for the 5 breaths and then lifting back up to the ‘pincha mayurasana’ entry point.
